In the terms and conditions set out below any reference to "you" means any person who accesses the Site.
This Site is intended for access and use by healthcare professionals based in the UK only.
The purpose of this section is to describe the terms and conditions (the "Terms") that apply to your access to and use of the Site. By accessing the Site you are confirming to us that you understand and accept these Terms and that you intend and agree that they will apply to you and your use of the Site. This Site is protected by copyright. Permission is given for the downloading and temporary storage of one or more of these pages for the purpose of viewing on a personal computer or monitor. The reproduction, permanent storage, or re-transmission of the contents of this Site (the "Content") is prohibited without the prior written consent of Teva and the MARCH Panel. The MARCH Guidelines (the "Guidelines") are owned by and are copyright of the march Panel.
Unless otherwise stated all contents of this website are copyright of Teva.
You acknowledge that you will not acquire any ownership rights by downloading the Content or the Guidelines from the Site.
3. Trade Marks
The 'MARCH' logo is owned by Teva and is registered in the UK. Teva are also the owner of various other registered and unregistered trade marks and logos that are on this Site. Any use or reproduction of these trade marks without the prior written consent of Teva is prohibited.
4. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" "with all faults" and "as available basis" and we provide no warranties in relation to the Content, software, services or products on the Site.
The Content is only for your general information and use and is not intended to address your particular requirements. In particular, the Content does not constitute any form of advice, recommendation or arrangement by us and is not intended to be relied upon by users in making (or refraining from making) any decisions.

The Guidelines have been developed by the march Panel. The Guidelines have been developed from a full literature search and expert review of evidence based papers, and including the considerable practical experience of members of the march Panel. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Teva nor the individual members of the March Panel shall be held liable for any loss or damage as a result of reliance upon the Guidelines.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent possible at law Teva (and all of our sister, parent and subsidiary companies) and the members of the March Panel exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage) suffered by you as a result of: any visit or use of this Site; any Content provided on this Site or downloaded from this Site including the Guidelines; your inability to use this Site; any error in the provision of this Site; and any computer virus transmitted through this Site, whether such loss or damage arises from the negligence of Teva, individual members of the march Panel or otherwise and even if Teva are expressly informed of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Links to third party sites on this Site are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you leave this Site. We have not reviewed all of these third party websites and we do not control and are not responsible for these websites or their content. 7. Indemnity

8. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to pursue all of our legal remedies, including but not limited to the immediate termination of your ability to access the Site and/or any other service provided to you by us, upon any breach by you of these Terms.
9. Changes
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to make changes to any part of the Site including any Content on the Site. Due to our policy of updating and improving the Site, we may wish to change these Terms (including those relating to your use of the Content). When the Terms are changed, we will notify you by email or when you access the Site. If you use the Site after we have notified you of the changes you are agreeing now to be bound by those changes. If you do not agree to be bound by those changes you should not use the Site any further after you receive notice of them.
10. General
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales and all parties irrevocably submit all disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of these Terms or your use of the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by Teva to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and will have no legal meaning or effect.
